Saffet Temizbas, of Stuart Road, Exeter, faced four charges when he appeared before Exeter magistrates court.
It is alleged that he engaged in sexual activity with a 15 year old girl on three occasions between June and July last year
Temizbas, who was one of the assentors for Ben Bradshaw's successful
nomination to become Exeter's MP in 2010, was not required to enter any
pleas as this stage.
